Access International Inc is a Reno, Nevada − based developer of power projects, pursuing business in emerging markets. We provide our customers with creative solutions to their needs of capitalization for country or municipal infrastructure projects. We have specialized in hard-to-finance projects, mostly dealing with "political risk" in developing or turbulent nations overseas. In the U.S., we are applying our hard-to-finance expertise to renewable energy projects.

Founded in 1992, Access International and its principal have successfully implemented and are currently closing over 1500 MW of power projects in emerging economies in South East Asia, Latin America and Eastern Europe worth over $ 1.5 Billion.

Having successfully developed power projects in markets that are difficult to finance, we realized that lack of active interest from foreign investors is the key factor in deterring emerging economies from thinking of attracting major investments. Such potential customers will desperately seek what they consider, in view of their weak economy, as "possible means". Typically, they will pursue, with little or no success, limited funding for the rehabilitation of old facilities that in most cases are good for scrap only. Through 10 years of successful collaboration with funding agencies in emerging markets we are able to build up our customer’s confidence and trust in his abilities by educating him of the process to follow in order to achieve the "unachievable".

Access International employs a partnership approach by sharing project ownership with reputable equipment manufacturers, EPC contractors and operators who are invited to join the project at a stage where a financial package has already been put in place, assuring our customers of a two fold benefit;

a) Supply of the latest state of the art, energy efficient and environmentally friendly power plant that will be operated by a well known, reputable international operator, and

b) The suppliers, EPC contractors and operators are entering the deals after the power rates to our customers have already been negotiated by Access International, resulting in a cost to the off-taker (our customer) substantially lower than the typical market rates from similar projects developed by the mega-developers.
