JACOB MENAHEM, PRESIDENT
AND FOUNDER
Jacob Menahem is the Founder and President of Access
International Inc. The company was established in order to leverage on Mr.
Menahems successful track record in securing, structuring, developing
and financing privately owned power projects in international environment.
Currently Mr. Menahem serves as a team leader on a number of projects under
development in emerging markets. Mr. Menahem has been a critical leader
in the firms project teams that secured our projects in Bulgaria as
well as a new project for which the Power Sales Agreements have been completed
and two project in a booming Central European economy that are in their
advanced documentation phase. Mr. Menahem has over 30 years of successful
International marketing and international project development in South East
Asia, Europe the United States and Latin America. Multilingual, he is fluent
among others in English, French and Bulgarian with a good command of German
and some knowledge of Japanese, Spanish and Dutch.
NESSIM FORTE, VICE PRESIDENT
MARKETING
Currently in charge of Access International general marketing activities,
Mr. Forte joined Access International in 2000 after 22 years of international
marketing of power projects in emerging markets in the service of the
Ormat Group internationally. A Graduate Engineer, who specialized in
Aerodynamics and High Power Lasers before deciding to focus on the Power
Generation industry. Mr. Forte has successfully implemented Ormat manufactured
power plants and systems, among others, in the Philippines, Thailand,
Taiwan, India, various African countries, The Soviet Union and Guatemala.
Mr. Forte has extensive experience in both project management as well
as project development and is at present the team leader in the implementation
of two of our recent projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Multilingual,
Mr. Forte is fluent, among others, in English, French, Italian, Spanish
and Portuguese and has some knowledge of Arabic and German.
HENRY SCHNEPS, VICE PRESIDENT
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EUROPE
In charge of identifying and securing new projects in the energy sector,
Mr. Schneps is currently leading our new business development efforts in
Central Europe. With over 20 years of successfully marketing consumer and
capital goods in the Eastern European Countries. Mr. Schneps is aggressively
pursuing several new business opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe.
During his two years with Access International, he has identified and secured
two of our present projects that are in their documentation phase. Multilingual,
Mr. Schneps is fluent, among others, in English, French and Polish.
ALEXANDER METCHKAROV,
HEAD OF ACCESS INTERNATIONAL BULGARIA OFFICE
Head of our Bulgaria office in Sofia Since 1998, Mr. Metchkarov is currently
in charge of the Access International interests in our Maritza East 1 Project
in Bulgaria. He is the Access International project manager within the Maritza
East 1 project development team. Mr. Metchkarov is graduate of the Wroclav
Politechnica (Technical University) in Poland and specialized in Computer
Engineering, International Economic Relations and Finance Management. Multilingual,
Mr. Metchkarov is fluent in Bulgarian, English, Polish and Russian. In addition
to his Bulgarian market responsibilities, he participates in our project
structuring activities in several Eastern European Countries including the
Russian Federation.
ANDRZEJ MANDEL, HEAD OF
ACCESS INTERNATIONAL POLAND OFFICE
M. A. degree engineer, Mr. Mandel graduated from the Technical University
in Warsaw, Poland and specialized in sources of energy and heating systems.
Mr. Mandel has been active at Polish Energy market for over 25 years of
"hands on" experience in Polands energy market. Since Poland
reverted to market economy, 10 years ago, He has been particularly successful
in representing in Poland foreign energy companies and their products as
an independent consultant. Mr. Mandel is fluent in Polish and has a good
command of English.
DANIEL MENAHEM, VICE PRESIDENT
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
Currently the head of our Washington D.C. office, Mr. Menahem joined
Access International in 1998 after graduating in Finance and Economics
from the University of Nevada, Reno. Mr. Menahem has developed extensive
expertise in structuring projects into bankable off-take agreements,
without sovereign guarantees. His activity as a financial analyst for
Access International is channeled to the creation of a variety of financial
risk mitigation instruments in replacement of sovereign guarantees in
the project that we develop. He led the negotiations and executed our
most recent PPA in Eastern Europe in mid 2000 and is in charge of completing
the documentation for this project toward project financing.
