Access International has partnership arrangements with Delphos International in the projects developed by Access International. Our association with Delphos International assures us a fast track access to the TDA resources in support of projects under our development. Whenever necessary we are in measure to take the leading role in executing a TDA sponsored feasibility study for any relevant project.

Delphos International was hired by TDA to provide advisory services directly to the staff considering applications for TDA-supported feasibility studies.

The work that Delphos International performed involved identifying financeable projects, evaluating the qualifications of the personnel, and performing cost analysis. As a U.S. government agency advisor, Delphos International gained a unique understanding of the structure and quality of U.S. government agency services and products. Through its in-depth knowledge of TDA, Delphos International has launched a number of long-term projects finance transactions by successfully utilizing TDA’s feasibility study and pilot project initiatives.
